Refund Policy
Special COVID-19 cancellation policy: Customers will receive a full refund if they cancel an activity due to restrictions associated with COVID-19.
General cancellation policy

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 7+ days notice of cancellation. With less than 7 days notice, a 70% refund will be given.

In the unlikely case of operator cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will also receive a full refund or credit.

No-shows will be charged the full price.
What responsibilities do I assume as a guest?
As a guest and client of Catalonia Wine Tours I acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied and agreed to participate in the service designated on this booking request. I am voluntarily participating in this trip with the knowledge of the numerous risks and dangers involved.
All Catalonia Wine Tours guests and clients are responsible for:

Having or contracting their own personal insurance policy to assist them in the event of injury and/or accidental death while being hosted by Catalonia Wine Tours or subcontracted guides and guide services of Catalonia Wine Tours. Catalonia Wine Tours assumes absolutely no responsibility for injury or accidental death. Insurance for injury and accidental death is offered through a third party provider, information for such insurance can be provided upon request.

Clients are responsible for choosing a trip that suits their abilities, fitness level and state mental health; communicating any physical, mental or emotional limitations online to Catalonia Wine Tours prior to trip departure; if you are booking a tour or services with Catalonia Wine Tours for someone other than yourself, then be aware that you are making choices for that person(s) regarding physical ability, interest level, price and booking conditions and injury and accidental death insurance policy purchase or waiving of injury and accidental death insurance; arriving at the trip start with the appropriate clothing; respecting nature and the laws of areas visited; following environmental guidelines and regulations while on the trip in accordance with leader direction; and respecting the rights of all other clients and tour and/or service participants.
What are Catalonia Wine Tours limitations of liability?
Catalonia Wine Tours is not liable for bodily injury, accidental death or property damage or theft as a result of (but not limited to): falling, physical exertion for which a guest is not prepared; forces of nature; travel by train, auto, boat or other conveyance, or by bicycle, ski, horseback, foot or other form of active or adventure travel; consumption of alcoholic beverages; civil unrest; terrorism; breakdown of equipment; high altitude; lack of or limited access to medical attention in remote locations; and the adequacy of medical attention once provided. Travel insurance is very strongly recommended.
Catalonia Wine Tours is also not liable for additional expenses not specified as included in the tour or service cost.
Catalonia Wine Tours is not liable for additional expenses a guest may incur as a result of a late start and/or late return due to natural disasters, weather, traffic, illness of a guide or other guest while en-route or any other delays due to circumstances beyond the control of Catalonia Wine Tours or the Catalonia Wine Tours’ guides.
Catalonia Wine Tours reserves the right to make transport, route, restaurant, hotel or any other modifications as necessary to improve the trip’s quality or to accommodate weather and the comfort and well-being of guests.

Guests of Catalonia Wine Tours give express permission for Catalonia Wine Tours to use photos submitted from tours, to take photographs or video recordings of its trips for marketing purposes, as well as approving such use by third parties with whom Catalonia Wine Tours may collaborate with, without financial remuneration.
